Omg! Thiefs are stealing parking lot! Again!
Omg! Thiefs are stealing the parking lot! Of course with all of the cars inside! Why? Who knows… maybe they're tired of stealing cars one by one, maybe they're doing it just for fun…
Make sure they keep most of the cars inside and not lose all of them in the process!
Thank you all for feedback. Sorry for game being very hard but i did not have much time so i created only 3 levels and made them rather difficult to prolong gametime. So sorry about that :)
@Sammy6 there is no such word as 'Thiefs', you should use 'thieves' as in leaf -> leaves
Great game, just a few thing, somethimes the helicopter freaked out if you hit a building really hard and sometimes it would say you had if you lost 7 cars even though you are allowed to lose that many, otherwise it wa great game, but really hard.
Just one question, how was that building floating in the air?
@Mensley rigidbody on parking lot controlls gravity and linear and angular drag while im adding up force on its transform from up key while tilting it with left and righ keys by rotating whole rigidbody. And rest lies on finding smoothest controls design (you need to adjust gravity and drag force and adjust up force accordingly. Also every car has its own physics and movable wheels and every car have own mass so you have to add it in equasion)
Also im sorry for bugs. Game was made in very hectic conditions in circa 6 hours so i guess its not quite bug free.
Also i did not have much time to optimise physics so please excuse weird behaviour in some cases.
Im quite busy right now but when i find some free time, i will patch few things and maybe add more levels
Ouch. This game hurt, and I enjoyed the pain. I spent another 30 minutes - after dumping my cars onto the launch pad (that's the objective right?) ^[o.O]/^ - trying to beat level 2. I didn't. The magnetic attraction of the cars the moment you bumped into anything did aggravate me, but I accepted it as a soft way of saying "don't hit the stuff." Also, as insane as this sounds, however you did the physics felt "realistic" (you've done this before haven't you?)
I have two serious complaints: 1) Where are the explosions? If this were a movie, everything would be blowing up (by the way, when can I see this in theaters? Oceans 55: Steal The City!) 2) I would love a replay feature or at least a count of how many cars I dropped. This was extremely difficult and well-crafted in the precision and consistency of controls required. That's a long way of saying I died. A LOT! I want to know how many times so I can post my "high score."
Thank you for a fantastic game. From the ridiculous concept to the sensitive mechanics, this is a winner.
@Aquasheep well i never made game with this theme before but currently im working on game with similar concept. So yeah i have some experience with physics base games :)
oh my gosh this game looks crazy! I'm definitely going to play it after the jam! also there were a few grammar errors in it, so I fixed them if you want to just copy and paste it in.
