Reminds me kind of the paperboy game on NES. Fun though I couldn't find a second active delivery location when I picked up the second package. Interesting graphics.

Decently fun, I liked the different attacks and graphical style. Unfortunately I couldn't get very far since the top area seems inaccessable?

Fun little game and I think it has some potential. the attacks were pretty weird and i felt like couldn't consistently attack in a certain diretion. It should have been separately directional to your movements in my opinion.

But all in all i enjoyed and i think it could be a really fun game if it was a bit more polished!

Heh, I guess that spider-mail, not rain, is the mailman's worst enemy.

It seemed that the shooting direction was tied to the direction the "at rest" animation pointed at, whenever the mailman stopped? It made the shooting a bit harder, since you could only then only shoot left and right while standing still.

I very much liked the effect of the graphics being 3D but rendered flat, it gave the game an interesting look. The rain effect also looked good.

Heya, I played your game on my stream

I really liked the graphics but mostly died from falling into water :,D
Music or sound effects would have been great and/or a screenshake to give the attacks more impact.

other than that. I really liked the 2D/3D mixture :D and the cute pixelart

The side-view 3D style is pretty interesting! Never seen that before. Not sure it works well for this kind of game, because enemies can be hidden behind paper-thin houses, and walking towards the camera is pretty dangerous… but for a more forgiving type of game this could definitely be useful.

I picked up the first parcel and chose a powerup, but I have no idea where to deliver it. Don't these things normally have an address written on them? :)

Not sure what the point of the Damage powerup is, since all enemies seem to die in one hit anyway. I didn't manage to hit anything with the secondary attack since it only goes sideways.

The connection to the theme is not very strong in this one.

The art style is cool but a bit rough. 10 hours?! Well done. I'd really want to see the 48 hour version of this. At first I played a normal run. Then I tried to level up speed and HP when needed to see how far I could go without killing anything. Twice I died from a spider that came out of nowhere while running towards camera and the last run I had to end because the arrow pointed to ground on the upper level. Maybe there's a house inside the "mountain"? :D
