Could you do a webGl Version ?
because Google doesn't allow me to DL your game.

Big laugh
excellent use of the theme.

I'm not a super fan of the retro audio but it fits great.

I love it!

Man, that's some team building boss right there! Very nice! Love the pacing in the beginning but then it got a bit repititive in the center. Also couldn't read the boss's texts while concerntrating on the people, even though it was eventually a pattern.

Great work though! The ultimate trust exercise!

Really a very common idea but the way of presentation was really great. Theme of falling is completely satisfied with this game.

Purposefully not catching the boss. sadly there's no win screen with that. XD

OR IS THERE, RARDO??

Thanks for the nice comments everyone! If you have trouble downloading on Chrome, you may have to press the down arrow by the download and select "keep" if it's not being trusted.

Nice game, but it's a bit repetitive. If you follow the guy, it's very easy to not miss any falling old guy. At some point I though that I needed to let the boss fall to win, but maybe not xD
I love the guy's comments too, overall the game has a cool funny ambiance, I enjoyed it. Good work

Very cute. It gets old after a while for me. But so did my game! I find it hilarious and thematic, and the gameplay is fun. Maybe some explosive employees can be in the middle and launch into a tirade or something. I particularly liked how I wanted to keep reading what the boss said which was hard to look at while playing the game.

This was fun, I love the graphics apart from the background :D
Too bad it doesn't really get any harder after a while. And my boss died but the game didn't really end.

Everyone; after the boss dies, there may be 'another direction' the team would want to move in :-) That was my first end-screen, wonder if there are more…?

I'd agree with the others, I was just barely able to follow the 'boss-speak' at the top. Maybe you could place the speach-bubble at the bottom of the screen instead of at the top? (Or is that part of the thematics… hmmm, 'visual methaphore' indeed?)

Anyway, nicely done: Converting a simple mechanic into something that fits very well with both the theme of the jam and with the narrative/message of the game.

ETA: Oh, I just read this was your first jam. Congratulations!
