I think shooting is kinda overkill in that you can just go on forever with little difficulty progression. I actually found that just using jump to avoid meteors is more challenging and fun.

This looks like a really fun and challenging game. The pixel art is nice, but I do miss some sound effects/music. The controls feel good and are pretty clear to use. Overall a great entry!

Ohh! while @Euske tried to increase the difficulty by using jump to avoid the rocks, I tried to play it save by not using jump :D

This concept is pretty cool. This game is simple, but the idea is mechanically well executed (except for the lack of difficulty progression), so I don't have much to talk about here. I did notice that there was a bug where some of the meteors would appear and disappear midair though. Of course it would have also been nice if there were audio. If you're using something like SFXR, it only takes a couple minutes to make all the sounds for your game.

Shooting with mouse felt pretty weird when you can't aim. Mechanics were great though!

Pretty good for 4 hours :) Feels a bit slow, and weird that the only use of the mouse is for shooting. Why not use all keyboard controls?
