First Jam ever.
Not ready.
Although, in.
Edit (now that the infernal pressure of the countdown is over) :
I will do something in Python 2.7.
It is going to be a console/terminal/whatever-you-want-to-call-the-black-box-with-a-blinking-cursor game.
I will eat thaï food whilst working on it.
This is live from the nightdesk of a three star hotel in Paris.
Good luck!
There seems to be some unwritten rule about writing "I'm in!" here, so I'll just have to do so as well. :)
I just found this jam a few minutes ago and might as well join, might not be able to go 100% but should at least be able to get something small done. I've no experience with online game jams before, but have attended several physical ones.
The tech will be Unity and probably a bit of old networking code I've been wanting to test out.
Now, I guess I should figure out more about what's happening here :)
Yes.
Intro post! I'm Kristin. I publish gamed as DoppleDanger. (back tongue G like in gang)
I will be working with VoidWaste, I don't know if they have an account on here yet or I would link.
I left the IRC chat open overnight and got up this morning to find some cryptic messages about being temporarily banned from the network for too many connections from one IP, or something like that. Now when I try to rejoin, it gets stuck connecting forever. What the heck happened?
Anyway, I'll probably be using C++/OpenGL and going solo. Once the 48 hours are up, I'll decide whether I want to go unranked based on what I have finished. I'll probably spend a lot of time grappling with OpenGL, so don't expect anything ambitious from me.
Hello,
we're in too!
We are
But maybe we are just three people with multiple jobs each ;-)
We'll use the jMonkeyEngine, Dyn4J, GIMP, Photoshop and (if we get to it) ardour for sound.
So, have fun everybody and good luck!
Hi there,
We are in! As a two people indie gamedev team, we took part in LD regularly since August 2013. This time we will be going for unity and something 3d, probably a shooter.
You can view our portfolio at https://runvs.io/Games
Good luck to everyone and see you on the other side!
For this Jam I've joined a team instead of flying solo. I'm super excited to see which Theme win and I've got ideas for all of them.
I'll be focusing on the sound and music of our game. This will be first game music I've ever made so you have been warned!
Hi everybody
My friend and I obviously plan to take part in jam.
We will use Unity and maybe some voxel 3d graphics.
I hope it will be epic (as always)
