Super Excited - First Jam!!! 5 5

First jam ever. I'm excited about it. I'm looking forward to learning and see what everyone brings to the table. Attempting solo to get my feet wet. Curious what engines people will be using and what quality of polish they can get done in such a short time.

I wanted to try out a Jam and decided to go with this one. Going solo becuase I don't know how well I really do(Depends a lot on the theme). For programming I will probably use pygame and python. I already know my game is going to be bad anyways though because my art skills are definitely sub-par.

Don't feel bad 8bit, I am in a similar boat. It's my wife's birthday that weekend so I know some of Saturday evening is going to be devoted to party time :P. I would hate to loose that much time as part of a team. Debating between godot or pygame/python myself.
