Ball Guys: Ship It!

An obstacle course to run as a ball!

Ship It!

As a little pirate ball run around and jump over obstacles to be the captain of the ship.

Controls

Mouse to control the camera.
WASD or Arrows to move the player.
Space to jump high into the air.
R to reset the game.

This game was created to test my custom physics engine that was created in less than 3 weeks. Still has a long list of improvements and features to add but the weekend jam went shockingly smoothly.

As a fallguys fan, I actually enjoyed this! Took me 4 minutes to complete! I tile puzzle was satisfying! Due the camera being fixed, I almost quit the game without exploring the second half of your level - but glad I found it. Love how you build this in your own engine too.

Hey Dan, the camera was meant to capture the mouse but as a work around you can use MIDDLE MOUSE BUTTON and drag the mouse. Not ideal but can be a big help to at least turn around in the final section. Thank you for remembering the OpenAL link.

It is really easy once you found Tim's secret high jump feature.

Not a lot of connection to any of the theme… yes, there are ships, but they might as well have been trucks and the game wouldn't have been different. Also maybe a little bit of chaos in the disappearing tiles?

Anyway, I understand it's more of a tech demo than a game, and I can say that the tech worked just fine :)
