Interdimensional Corgi Fishing

Utilize a magic headlamp to see into the fish dimension.

You play as a corgi with a magic headlamp that allows you to see into a strange underwater dimension. You can send objects (including yourself) between that world.

The goal is to drop the fish in the underwater world into the buckets to open doors and ultimately eat the dog food in the gold plated dish.

A corgi with a magic headlamp that allows you to see into a strange underwater dimension? F*** me, thats what I like* **
Cool game, loved how the music changed depending if you were underwater or on surface. Cool mecanics, but sometimes the levels didn't load

Just one thing… CORGI :D You should probably keep the "tutorial text" a bit longer. I missed it the first time and had no idea what to do D: The idea is good! Congrats!

Very nice use of the theme - that "underwater" sound filter applied to the music blew my mind :P

Lovely Corgi!

Great concept! Moving the corgi when hovering over him was super fun and smooth.

Really cool idea/mechanic! I see so much potential in this! The sound and music are nice (also udnerwater filter). Mybe more puzzles about moving the things between dimensions would have been nice, and also according to the rules i shouldn't see my corgi when I hover over it should I?

Nice concept!

aha this game was so goofy i loved it. it was a little difficult to get the fish to land in the buckets, but otherwise, it was a super neat idea! cute art. and s/o to whoever did the music; the second low-passed track for the other world was a nice touch!

Nice entry! I like the corgi character, very unique! (such wow, very dog!) :D

Dropping fish in a bucket was not super easy as they keep their velocity and just drop out of the air(water?). But once you get used to "pre aiming" the fish, it is quite a fun concept. I also like the small puzzles you had by including both worlds.
Great work!

Awesome concept! I love so many aspects of the way this game implements the "two dimensions" idea:

  • the visual effect of a window to the other dimension which one can drag across the screen;
  • the inverting dimensions mechanic;
  • the fact that some things exist exactly alike in the other dimension and others are just not there;
  • the fact that the movement rules (walking/swimming) are totally different in the two dimensions.

The transformed underwater music also gives the perfect feel. Would love to see this game being further developed!

Just one detail: shouldn't the corgi wear the bubble also when standing on the bottom of the water?

Cute graphics, relaxing music, non-bfxr sound effects, good controls and an interesting concept to boot; what's not to like? Pity there are only three levels, because I get the feeling that much more could be done with the same elements, let alone if you added some more to the mix.

I've seen this particular mechanic somewhere before, but not in a jam so that's new. A magical headlamp wielding corgi is another first!

Dropping fish into buckets is not exactly the most interesting application of dimensional hopping, but I'll let it slide this time (can't think of anything innovative right now either!)

The music gets repetitive in the end, but the effects save the day. Switching to the underwater dimension is 117% better due to the change in audio.

Good work!
