A game about changing gravity to make a ball fly through the air

This is the game I've built for my first game jam, the 21st edition of Alakajam!!
In it, you control the gravity in order to move a ball through rings in the air.
There are multiple levels, a level is completed upon going through all rings, you then move to the next level automatically.
The bottom left of the screen has a timer that shows how much time you have spent throughout all the levels, while the bottom right shows how many rings the ball has went through, as well as the ball's speed.
This was a lot of fun! Navigation took a bit to get used to, and it would be nice to have a bit of camera control (the first level, I didn't know about the one ring to the right until I'd done the whole level and could see the ring as I was coming back), but once I got in a groove it was addictive. The music was also nice, but to get up to speeds to hear it consistently I started missing a lot more of the rings.
@oldpopsmcgee Thank you for the feedback, I'm happy you enjoyed it! You're very right about the camera, for some reason I assumed the automatic camera would be sufficient, but that wasn't a good thing to think for such a game. After the jam, I'll release an update with camera controls! (and maybe also with lowered speed requirements for the music to be heard so people don't start missing rings to hear it lol)
I really like the interpretation of the theme, to use gravity as the mechanic responsible for movement was very creative. A simple but very fun and challenging game. I REALLY liked the audio for the game, the sound for every single time I switched gravity was perfect. Also loved the music (which was great) ramping up. The visual indicator that flashes on the screen was also an incredibly good touch. I personally enjoyed the complexity that the shift button provided, and found myself using it a lot. The game also had a solid menu and overall was well rounded.
For feedback, some workaround for the camera as others have pointed out would be appreciated, but I do also think its part of the charm to scramble from one place to another trying to find the rings and can set the game up for a very high skilled speedrun setting.
Great game :)
Controls felt pretty good, nice and predictable, and building up speed felt good. Tight movement was a bit of a struggle but that's intentional I presume. The music building up with speed was also nice. Overall a nice interpretation of the theme. My biggest gripe would be with the camera making it hard to see where you have to go, which sort of screws you over unless you memorise all the ring locations. I would say either add some kind of freelook or some sort of minimap.
Very nice ! Just changing the gravity to control the ball is very simple yet easy to understand, control, and FUN !
I just had trouble finding all the circles, I still haven't found them all :(
People have mentioned improving the camera for that, but the camera felt already very nice. Maybe the game is missing HUD indicators instead ? Like arrows at the window's edges to show where the last circles are ?
I was playing and thinking "man, this would make a nice speedrun with some tweaks and a timer". There is a timer! I would like it if there was a skippable zoomed out view of the level at the start or maybe some kind of guidance. Then if you wanted to speedrun it, there might be a better route etc. But as it is now some of the rings are really hard to find if you don't spot them on the first try. Mostly the levels were nicely designed so it wasn't an issue too often. I didn't like the sound when you change the gravity. Pressing it constantly made it a bit irritating. All the other audio was great, though. What matters is I had fun, good job :)
