SciFi Deathmatch with upgradeable weapons
A online multiplayer deahtmatch game set in a sci fi setting.
Run around and upgrade your weapon. Gather points to get the topscore!
Controls:
- W,A,S,D or arrow keys to move
- Left Mouse Button to shoot
- Right Mouse Button to zoom
- Hold Left Shift to sprint
- R to reload
- E to interact
- F to toggle light
Points:
- shooting an ai enemy gains you 25 points
- shooting an enemy player gains you 10% of their points
- holding the container generates you 15 points per second
Upgrades:
there are 4 slots for upgrades (Main, Power, Utility & Special)
This game looks really impressive! I played in the multiplayer session and it worked well as a traditional shooter, with some large, slow jumps (we're in space after all). Some of the enemy creatures sometimes disappeared, maybe they de-spawn in certain conditions? Apart from that I couldn't see many problems and I love having the quick tutorial before the game starts.
The weapon upgrades were good and looked cool. I'm not sure where your health is displayed, but I might have just been too busy hunting down Laguna. All in all, impressive effort!
