Race through the cybercorridor and unlock the doors with your snakelok probe

You will need a Game Boy emulator to play this.

In this very unfinished alpha, you can:
* Run down a corridor
* Open a door
* Hear a speech sample

Missing features which might explain some of the design decisions you encounter:

  • Timer that depletes faster when you try to go the wrong way
    • Combat in the corridor
    • Non placeholder corridor graphics

At 128KB this is the 'biggest' Game Boy project I've made, and half of that is just to play the awful speech sample when you press START, so you better enjoy that.

I know you told me not to try the game, but I couldn't resist. Especially as this game seems to be made specifically for me - gridder and Snake, an unbeatable combination! Definitely a good game within a good game. I didn't encounter any bugs, so I hope the next update will add the ability to rotate inside the gridder, or at least walk backwards. And now I wonder how well a Snake-clone plays with a d-pad.

Phew, it's been a while since I've used a game boy emulator.
Well, I like the snake game and I hope you'll work on it a little more.
Weird thing: I did not hear any speech sample when pressing START for the snake game, but that could easily be the fault of the emulator.
