Some really nice platforming physics, visually very impressive too - I love the subtle particles, the limited palette, the lighting and the subtle details such as the mushrooms.
The squidgy footsteps really add to the experience, and gives it a kind of cutesy appeal.
Enjoyable to play through and provided a bit of challenge, especially towards the end with a few of the swinging axes.
It wasn't immediately clear whether I should avoid or collect the spinning grey things (buzzsaws?) but with a little trial and error that was made clear. Death isn't super obvious either (it resets you back to a checkpoint but that could be interpreted as a teleport) - I think a sound effect or some text showing up explaining what happened would have been nice.
Overall really solid, and enjoyable to play. Good job!
Nice little platformer experience. I'm glad you added checkpoints because I feel like a lot of jam games forget to include them. Atmosphere was great as well, I liked the particles and the lighting effects.
Generally not bad game.
I really liked this blue style!
Idea with light is cool, but there it's not properly applied in gameplay: I'd hide obstacles in shadow, so it'd more suddenly. Also maybe need to add some secrets.
But anyway good job!
