You are wearing your sunglasses at night and have lost your cat! Good luck finding it now!
The idea with the sunglasses is funny, but I don't get very well the goal of the game. I just walk around bumping into boxes and there's a grey thing (my cat?) and then sometimes I lose and other times the game just seems to restart. Does that mean I touched the cat and won? I can't see/hear any message.
The game idea its great! I like how the boxes start to show as you get close to them, and I find the missing cat idea pretty cool.
Yet, I feel the game doesn't use its full potential, maybe the levels could be a little big bigger so the player could walk around more, or maybe you can grab the boxes to make more puzzles, I'm not really sure.
Also a Menu would be nice.
Nice Job! I liked it!
The art was nice - I laughed a bit when I realized, that the cat is also wearing sunglasses.
The fade-in of the obstacles fits the theme, but the mechanics were a bit too simple. Either you pick up the cat, you push the cat over the ledge, or you fall over the ledge yourself. Some additional mechanics, and/or a bigger level to explore, would probably make the game more enjoyable.
A possible bug: It seems that jumping always moves you to the right, no matter which way you are facing.
Cat with sunglasses,
hiding among the boxes.
Find it in the dark!
OK, graphisms were nice, I liked to see some block physics too. Lighting handling was good.
Not sure if there was a game end, can we win or are we supposed to grind levels until the cat escaped? This is kinda frustrating.
Also, some hint with keys would have helped, I was not sure I could jump at first.
Overall, I feel it's a cool idea, in the spirit of the theme.
Hey!
It's one of those things. I always wear sunglasses, even at night. I don't ask questions, I simply accept it.
Though, the game didn't make any sense to me. I pressed "A" and "D", starting flying off and suddenly the game said I won. That…great I think? I didn't even see my cat.
OH! Maybe that's the idea.
