Nice game! I enjoyed the unique, intuitive physics-based movement and the built-in speedrun timer was useful. The way every element in the environment interacted with eachother was interesting and made the gameplay dynamic. The level progression and gradual introduction of new elements made the gameplay stay engaging throughout. Although there was not much sound, the few sound effects made were satisfying and immersive. The art was simple but still conveyed everything clearly.
I think there is a bug where if you are inside the collider for the exit when you collect all the keys, it doesn't go to the next level straight away. Also I noticed that sometimes the zombie hitboxes were a bit large and unfair, particularly when they were rotating. As others have mentioned, it would have been nice if the timer was correctly formatted and I also think it should go to 3 decimal places for better accuracy - these are just minor nitpicks.
Overall good concept and use of theme with engaging gameplay!
Graphics
Solid. Pixel art style has consistent pixel size per asset. Colors reused thoughtfully throughout the game. 10/10
Audio
Good. The simple 8-bit style sound effects work well with the art style. However, there is a lack in ambient or background music to set the mood. 6/10.
Gameplay
The controls are "floaty", which I guess fits the whole idea. The floaty controls add to the complexity of the game, making the puzzle less straightforward, and forces you to work within the constraints of those controls. I'm sure if you expanded the viewport size, you could create more complex levels beyond the single corridor ones we see here. 7/10.
Originality
Haven't played a puzzle game quite like this. 8/10.
Theme
Core game mechanic revolves around changing the gravitational pull of the level. 10/10.
Overall score
8/10.
I liked this a lot. Its very floaty and wacky and fun. I wished that i could walk on the walls same as i could the floor and ceiling. Other than that, I enjoyed this very much. The shockwave from the gas cans was a nice touch that could definitely make for some interesting puzzles in a more deeply designed game if you have the time and inclination to develop it.

Every gameplay element interacting with every other one is pretty good for a jam game, not commonly seen.
Minor nitpick: having to convert the time from seconds manually to minutes to submit.
