I would say the music reminds me of elevator music, but it did achieve a funny effect of making me think that whoever is creating the gravity wells takes the task as boring and mundane, while earth is being constantly bombarded by asteroids.
I particularly like how asteroids can crash into each other. Instinctively I thought I could get some bigger asteroids in orbit around earth to create some sort of shield, but they get destroyed rather fast, so that doesn't work, requiring constant clicking.
Overall, this is a well executed idea :) Good job
